- All cost estimates or quotations are based on the information provided by the client.
- Final charges may vary depending on the actual condition of equipment or additional requirements discovered during service.
- Written confirmation is required before commencing work.
- Payments are due as per the invoice or agreed schedule.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.
- The Company guarantees workmanship for a period agreed per service or repair.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation after service.
- The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- The Company will strive to complete work within the agreed timeline.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, client changes, or supply issues will not be considered a breach of contract.
- Clients must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- The Company reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations.
- Clients must provide safe access to equipment and comply with all applicable safety regulations.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse work if safety standards cannot be met.
All designs, drawings, or proprietary methods used by the Company remain its intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Client information, equipment details, and project specifications will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
