1. Scope of Services

Saddar Engineering Works provides mechanical repair, maintenance, fabrication, and related services for industrial machinery, equipment, and general workshop needs. All work is carried out using industry-standard practices and quality materials.

2. Estimates and Quotations

  • All cost estimates or quotations are based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final charges may vary depending on the actual condition of the equipment or additional requirements discovered during service.

  • Written confirmation is required before commencing work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as per the invoice or agreed schedule.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • The Company guarantees workmanship for a period agreed per service or repair.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation after service.

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Delivery and Completion

  • The Company will strive to complete work within the agreed timeline.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, client changes, or supply issues will not be considered a breach of contract.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • The Company reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations.

7. Safety and Compliance

  • Clients must provide safe access to equipment and comply with all applicable safety regulations.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse work if safety standards cannot be met.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, or proprietary methods used by the Company remain its intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Client information, equipment details, and project specifications will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
